The hotel is modern and clean. the rooms are stylish and clean. the staff is very pleasant. the room includes central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. the bed is exceptionally comfortable. the pool area is nice. the location is perfect, right off the highway, in a recreational area with a short walk to restaurants, Ludington, and the outskirts of town.

The hotel is substandard. Has not been updated for years. Is shabby and dingy and very expensive for what you get. The 'family suite' looked like a rustic cabin and the view was a mountain of roof shingles. This cost $150.00! Ramada Inn of Ludington should be ashamed of itself. Doesn't it have inspectors and certain standards to remain a Ramada? I feel ripped off. I bought this room for my adult children and their family. I was embarrased to see the facility.

Nice swimming pool and absolutely perfect location not far from restaurants with Meijer, store, and the highway. Also, in the area. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The beautiful rooms and welcoming staff at this place, combined with its perfect location just off the highway, made my stay thoroughly enjoyable.

We were 2 adults travelling with 2 grandkids. The kids got their own adjoining room. Large indoor pool and hot tub. Restaurant inside hotel - slow but ample food. Free breakfast typical. Manager allowed us to switch from queen room w/2 queens to separate rooms (us vs kids) for extra charge. Rooms were more spacious than others on our trip.

Hotel undergoing remodelling, but was not an issue. Room for kids spacious, but contained bunkbeds. Twin or double-beds would have been better. Arms of 'easy chair' worn completely through (secon-hand store reject). Did not inspect their bathroom. Bathroom for us was questionably clean - stains on wall and floor (wiped clean with wet tissue), possible black mold on faucet sealant (backside of faucet). Would have preferred a two-bedroom suite, but was not available. Had to settle for 2 rooms with connecting doors, which cost about 20-25% more than expected cost for a suite at other comparable hotels.

They wanted to make a photo-copy of my boyfriend's id, even though the room was in my name and we paid up front. Honestly, I thought it was because he was African-American until later when I was in the lobby and heard them asking to photo-copy someone else's id. I have never had another hotel "photo-copy" everyone staying in the room's id. I just recently stayed at a Sleep Inn with two friends over 18, and they didn't ask for everyone's id. We didn't have anything to hide, but it just made us feel like we were being watched. Who is to say somebody in the back didn't make an extra copy to use illegally?

The room was exceptionally clean and we loved having a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge. It was a perfect and comfortable location next to restaurants, with Meijer and stores close by.

I thought it was a great place very clean and friendly staff. We will be staying again. Great value great place!!!

Rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was very convenient, close to Route 31.

Wish the walls were thicker, as you could hear every little noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. It would have been nice to have a microwave and small fridge in the rooms, especially during this time when many restaurants only offer takeout.

Thank you for a COMFORTABLE stay. This is a brand-new clean hotel providing exceptionally nice and beautiful rooms. This property has good location in the area. Also, it is close to beach and wall and restaurants with Meijer. The employees are welcoming and pleasant.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right off the highway. We were just next door to restaurants and Ludington. - the room was immaculately clean. - the room had a safe, TV, and a microwave oven.

Will definitely return if in Ludington. the hotel offers coffee, granola, cookies, yogurt, and fruit for breakfast in the bar. - the location is great, with restaurants and the highway being nearby. - Conveniently situated only 2 miles from West Michigan Fairgrounds.

Comfortable spot on the edge of the town, 😊 my room came with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
